To retrieve your password, please follow the steps listed below:

Go to the SohoOS homepage located at http://www.sohoos.com and click the “log in to your account” button on the top right‐hand of your screen.

1. Click on "Forgot Your Password?"
2. Enter your email address and click continue
3. An email will be sent to your email address
4. Click on the link provided in the email sent to you by SohoOS
5. An email will be sent to you containing your new password
6. Log into your account using the new password
7. Follow these instructions to change your password
